We are looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator** who will be responsible for the coordination of projects and support of our internal teams, monitor and report project or team performance against specified project goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams and efficient utilization of resources for flawless project execution.
- Serve as the project coordinator, maintaining timelines and ensuring accurate delivery dates for project milestones.
- Supervise ongoing projects, coordinating the efforts of all team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project objectives.
- Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders especially our customers
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and equipment, ensuring optimal allocation for internal teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
- Organize & attend stakeholder meetings, document discussions, ensure follow-up on action items, and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, project plans, and design materials, track and measure the project performance
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide operational support as needed to facilitate smooth project execution

**Requirements**:

- Should have 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in Information Technology (IT) projects
- Preferably with Engineering/CS background.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, both internally and with clients.
- Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, IT hardware, software, and networking beneficial
- PMP / SCRUM certification is a plus

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
