Procurement In Process Of Tenders; Reporting Bidding Status Online / Offline On Daily Basis; Preparing Datasheet Maintaining Records On Regular Basis; Follow Up With Vendors / OEM's / Departments / Clients; MIS Report Preparation / Competitive Bidders Comparison Sheet; Collection Of EMD / Coordinate With Accounts Department For EMD / TENDER FEE; PROCUREMENT Of EMD / Post Tendering Works; Vendor Registration For Limited Tenders; Attending Pre Bid / Post Bid Meetings With Customers; Maintaining Customer Relationship With Existing / New Clients; Tracking Status Of Tenders Offers; Well Versed With Document Controlling; Proficiency In Excel, Word, PPT

MIS Report; Excellent Written Verbal Communication In English. Preparation Of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding And Submission Of Tenders. Uploading/Submitting The Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) In The ONLINE Platform. Liaison With Govt. Department For Vendor Registration should have knowledge of GeM business.

Approvals And Renewal. Preparing The Proposals (Technical & Commercial). Preparing & Filling E-Tenders. Bid Making. Search Government Tenders. Follow-Up With Government Clients Other Tender Related Works Searching Tenders On Relevant Web Portal Identifying Bid Opportunities

Creating Bids In Designated Bidding Systems Preparing All Documents Required For Responses Preparing And Submitting Bid Paperwork Coordinating Big Opportunities With Team To Ensure Bids Are Met In A Timely And Successful Fashion Actively Contributes To The Development And Implementation Of All Rules And Procedures Governing Tendering And Contract Process Qualification : Graduation BBA / MBA / BCOM / MCOM Experience : 2+ Years Language : 1. English 2. Hindi 3. Marathi Employment Type : Full-time
