Fashion Designer

**Job Title**: Supervisor - Production

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
**Age Requirement**:28+ years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage floor-level operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch units.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with masterji, workers, and management to resolve issues in real-time.
- Maintain discipline and streamline workforce efficiency.
- Track material usage, wastage, and stock movement during production.
- Prepare and maintain shift-wise progress reports.
- Implement SOPs strictly and uphold safety compliance.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages and rectify deviations immediately.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Clear communication in Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge - Excel, WhatsApp usage
- Attention to detail and discipline in execution
- Experience handling 40+ workers

**Preferred Background**:

- Worked in a uniform/stitching/garment manufacturing unit
- Comfortable working long shifts and standing on the floor
- Should be physically fit and have a commanding presence

Pay: ₹9,862.33 - ₹22,500.00 per month
