As our operations grow, we're looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator** to ensure smooth day-to-day administration and internal coordination across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking team attendance, and follow-ups.
- Assist in communication between departments (marketing, HR, finance, etc.).
- Maintain documentation, reports, and internal files using tools like Google Drive.
- Support HR during onboarding, hiring coordination, and documentation collection.
- Track task progress for departments.
- Help with basic finance-related coordination (invoice follow-up, expense tracking, etc.).
- Manage internal communication for both onsite and remote teams.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in office admin, operations, or team coordination.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with team/project management tools (ClickUp, Notion).
- Highly organized and self-motivated.

**Preferred**:

- Understanding of HR or basic accounts is a plus.
- Ability to manage remote team communications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
