**Education**:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

**Experience**: 1 - 3 Years

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:1 to 3 years of professional photo editing experience.
- **Technical Skills**:Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing tools.
- **Portfolio**:A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of photo editing services.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and enhance images across various services, including:
- Real Estate Photo Editing (e.g., image enhancement, sky replacement, HDR blending)
- Portrait Retouching (e.g., blemish removal, skin tone adjustment)
- Product Photo Retouching (e.g., background removal, shadow creation, color correction)
- Wedding Photo Retouching (e.g., lighting adjustment, soft focus effects)
- Virtual Staging (e.g., adding digital furniture and decor to real estate photos)
- 360-Degree Panorama Stitching (e.g., creating seamless panoramas for virtual tours)
- High-End Retouching for luxury products and editorial images
- Restore and repair old or damaged photos using advanced tools.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and clients to ensure the images align with project requirements.
- Implement advanced retouching techniques, including skin touch-ups, object removal, and image compositing.
- Manage and organize large volumes of images, maintaining proper file naming and archiving systems.
- Stay current with the latest photo editing tools, software, and techniques.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience editing for industries such as real estate, e-commerce, or weddings.
- Familiarity with virtual staging software and 3D rendering tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Experience in stock photo retouching or photo restoration is a bonus.
