**About Us**:À la Mode fashion media is a dynamic and creative media production company specializing in fashion and lifestyle content. We are seeking a talented Photo & Video Editor to join our growing team. As a key player in our production process, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, and contribute to the visual storytelling of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Editing Photos and Videos**:Take raw footage and images from photoshoots and video shoots and transform them into visually compelling stories.
Edit and enhance visuals to meet the creative vision and standards set by the creative team and clients.
Ensure consistency in style, color grading, and overall visual appeal across all content.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other team members to understand project requirements and expectations.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights to enhance the quality of the final output.

**Organization and Workflow**:Manage and organize media files efficiently to streamline the editing process.
Prioritize and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality edited content.

**Feedback and Revisions**:Actively participate in feedback sessions and make necessary revisions based on input from team members and clients.
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes and constructive feedback.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in photo and video editing to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Photo & Video Editor or similar role.

Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photo and video editing projects.

Solid understanding of visual storytelling and composition.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
