Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the operations of Microsoft Business Central, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Configure and maintain system settings to ensure they meet organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement system updates, modifications, and improvements.
- Ensure system security by managing user access control and adhering to best security practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members on integration with other enterprise systems and data migration tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role, with Microsoft Business Central.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide training and support to non-technical users.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in project management and system implementation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
