Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Remote / Hybrid – India | Full-Time or Consulting About Vitosha Inc. Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to design, build, and lead implementation of end-to-end Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in AL extensions , API integrations , and licensing models , with the ability to guide teams and collaborate directly with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle Business Central implementations , from architecture to go-live. Design and develop custom AL extensions , pages, tables, and reports. Oversee migrations from Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems to Business Central. Integrate with third-party and Microsoft services using APIs, OData, Power Automate , and Dataverse . Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and manage code repositories. Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing , security , and data governance policies. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Document architecture, customizations, and deployment processes. Partner with Microsoft support and ISVs for issue resolution and product updates. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of ERP development experience, including 5+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Expert in AL language , Visual Studio Code , and BC Extensions (V2) . Proficient with Azure DevOps , Git , Docker , and CI/CD automation . Solid understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.). Experience with REST APIs , OData , and web service integrations . Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (per-user, device, on-prem, SaaS). Familiarity with Power BI , Power Apps , and Dataverse integration . Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) . Experience in Dynamics GP or SAP Business One to Business Central migration . Exposure to Azure Functions , Logic Apps , or Power Platform automation . Domain knowledge in public sector, healthcare, or manufacturing environments. Why Join Vitosha Inc.?
