**Responsibilities**:

- Content Marketing:
Develop content marketing strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media content.Leverage content to engage with our online community and encourage user interactions through comments and discussions.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content.
- Comment Engagement Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive comment marketing strategy across social media, blogs, forums, and other relevant platforms.Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, reflecting our brand voice and values.Identify and address both positive and negative comments effectively, turning negative feedback into positive customer experiences.
- Community Building:
Build and nurture a strong online community around our brand and products/services.Encourage user interactions and facilitate discussions that foster meaningful connections and brand loyalty.
- Content Amplification:
Collaborate with the content team to identify highly engaging content that sparks discussions and encourages comments.Leverage comments to amplify the reach and impact of our content marketing efforts.
- Reputation Management:
Monitor brand mentions and comments across various platforms to safeguard our brand reputation. Work proactively to address any potential issues or concerns raised by customers or the online community. Requirements:

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and experience in creating compelling content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
