Job Description: E-Commerce Executive

- Key Responsibilities:

- Listing Management: Ensure accurate and optimized product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Handling FBA Shipment & Planning: Coordinate and plan Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) shipments efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
- You will manage the end-to-end process of handling FPA claims, investigating fraudulent purchase attempts
- Order Processing: Manage order processing for all marketplaces, utilizing OMS channels like Unicommerce or Easyecom for streamlined operations.
- SPF Claims: Handle Seller Performance Feedback (SPF) claims effectively to maintain a positive reputation and resolve issues promptly.
- Amazon PLA Ads: Implement and optimize Product Listing Ads (PLA) on Amazon to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- A+ Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive A+ content to enhance product descriptions and drive conversion rates.
- Inventory & Return Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage returns efficiently to minimize stock outs and optimize inventory turnover.
- Amazon Seller Flex: Experience in handling Amazon Seller Flex program to streamline delivery operations and improve fulfilment efficiency.
- MIS Reporting: Generate and analyse monthly, weekly, and daily reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management tasks.
- Apparel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the apparel industry will be considered a plus, with an understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Coordinating with Marketplace POC: Liaise with marketplace point of contacts (POCs) to address issues, negotiate terms, and optimize performance.
- Handling Customer Queries: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry, preferably in apparel or related sectors.
