**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for implementation tracking and monitoring of all info security, network, data security and data management controls across all locations for client account in line with contractual requirements
- Work with the IT, HR, Data Privacy, Admin and physical security teams as the ?owner? and drive the compliance with respective track leads
- Own and deliver all security related audits and Certifications
- In-depth knowledge of security compliance and assurance concepts including risk assessment, risk acceptance process, vulnerability management, etc.
- Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Assurance Framework, Review policies & client contractual documents to highlight the challenges/dependencies in managing SLAs
- Strong presentation skills to demonstrate enterprise security & monitoring controls to internal and client leadership from capabilities and compliance perspective
- Proficient in Incident Management and Response and able to drive security compliance assurance programme
- Ensure security incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
- Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for security compliance & assurance operations and management presentation
- Oversee and / or conduct information security audits as per internal defined schedule and support facilitation of client / certification audits.
- Ensure all the risks are documented, classified and addressed with appropriate action as per the LTI Information Security Policies & standards.
- Contribute to the overall risk profile of the division and work with stakeholders to create a plan towards reducing risk exposure in an agile, collaborative, and well socialized manner.
- Provide an analytical focus when reviewing metrics / programs etc. and be comfortable to delve into details to gain further understanding and review at the relevant level of detail

**Qualifications**:

- A BE/ B.Sc in computer science, Information Security is required.
- 7+ years of technology and/or security experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Security, Technology Governance, Operational Risk, Technology Audit
- Strong understanding of global security best practices such as ISO27001, SOC 2, COBIT and other IT Governance Frameworks
- Prior experience on working experience for similar profile with Big4 consulting firm and/or IT/ITES company would be a big advantage
- Preferred certifications like ISO27001-LA, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or CISM (Good to have)
- Willing to work in shift (requirement to work for EU/Nordics & South Africa time zone support)

**Functional Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Security Compliance and Risk Assurance, Cyber Security Controls, reviewing client contracts and extracting security control requirements
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, security incident management, compliance audits, security metrics
- Sound understanding of Enterprise Security Solutions such as WAF, IPS/IDS, DDoS, Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Malware, Database activity monitoring, Data Loss prevention, Proxy solutions and SIEM tools
- Must have experience across common industry security policy areas, including, but not limited to ISO, NIST, SANS, OWASP, COSO, COBIT, SOC 2 and others
