We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Caller to join our team. As a Telesales Caller, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, and promoting our products/services through outbound telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote our products/services.
- Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and increase the chances of conversion.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data and interaction history into our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the telesales team to share best practices, discuss challenges, and achieve team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience; experience in a similar industry is a plus.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
