Role and Responsibility

1. Understanding all aspects of the product offerings.

2. Updating and obtaining lists of individual contact information on a regular basis.

3. Meet and exceed the organization's sales targets.

4. Keep up with market trends to better serve your customers.

5. Determine customer needs and provide solutions using the company's products.

6. Create and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

7. Respectfully carrying out each function, regardless of the behavior of the other.

8. Maintain a record of all customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduation or an equivalent qualification

2. Previous experience as a tele caller or in a similar role

3. Having completed a sales training program

4. Familiarity with computers

5. Capability to change communication style in response to unusual events

6. Outstanding interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities

Job type: Full-time (on-site)

Salary as per industry standards

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
