3. Documentation verification and background check
4. Rigorous follow-up with the student and agents for the update of the visa file
5. The Visa Compliance officer must be able to work under tight deadlines.
7. Efficient formal document drafting, filling-in different forms with accuracy, storing data and updating them time-to-time according to the operations' workflow
9. Coordinate with clients and consular offices
10. Follow-up for pending documents with clients.
11. Assisting clients with the completion of visa processing
12. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
13. Excellent Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills.
14. Sound knowledge of the student visa process
15. Connect with all students & prepare them for visa file submission
16. Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.
17. Ready to handle multiple students & agents at the same time
18. Generate Daily and Weekly reports Intake wise
19. High-quality, error-free process-centric approach.
20. Ability to learn and understand the entry requirement of multiple destinations.
21. Perfect in Recordkeeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
