About the Role

True Value Overseas, a leading overseas education and immigration consultancy, is hiring experienced Visa Filing Officers for our Chandigarh and Mohali offices. If you have hands-on experience in visa filing, documentation, and application submissions for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, or USA – this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for study visas, visitor visas, and work permits.
  • Manage complete visa filing process including documentation, forms, and embassy submissions.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, embassy requirements, and visa guidelines.
  • Ensure error-free applications and timely follow-up with clients and embassies.
  • Maintain proper records and manage multiple client files efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Filing Officer / Visa Consultant / Immigration Officer.
  • Must be based in Chandigarh or Mohali.
  • In-depth knowledge of study visa filing, visitor visa filing, and immigration documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities.
