A Building Materials - Home Decor Manufacturing company is looking for an Operations and Sales Coordinator for the Building/Infra Segment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining active communication with clients, Architects, Builders, MEP consultants and others.
- Understanding client pain points and correlate our solutions and client requirements.
- Effectively communicating to provide the best product / solution to the client.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
- Sending Quotation and Product Information, Techno-Commercial Negotiating, finalization of orders, and execution.
- Sourcing and responding to new sales leads through online mediums / platforms like Indiamart / Trade India.
- Engaging existing customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities.
- Resolving client complaints regarding sales and services.
- Sampling & Payment Follow-up
- Must possess the highest level of ethics and integrity.
