Fresher Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the sales team and assisting with various sales-related tasks. This role involves managing administrative duties, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for sales representatives.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to fulfill orders.
- Track product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends and inventory requirements.
- **Sales Team Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance to sales representatives, including preparing sales materials and documentation.
- Support sales training and onboarding activities for new team members.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
