**Designation**: Marketing Assistant

**Reporting**: General Manager Sales & Marketing

**Role**:

- Point of contact for sales and marketing related calls and product information.
- Responsible for assisting Sales Managers with their work.
- Handling events related work like organising and coordinating for artwork, banners, data collection, etc.
- Ensuring contact with current and previous customers. Making regular calls as per the data base
- Maintaining, monitoring and analysing order levels and studying reason for the same and updating HOD on monthly basis
- Ensuring greetings / newsletters are designed and sent to customers regularly
- Point of contact for all sales related enquiries received on the landline and distribute correspondence effectively
- Monitoring enquiries on India mart
- Creating and keeping customer database
- Point of contact between General Managers and internal Sales executives
- Maintain sample inward and outward sheet
- Responsible for maintaining Company’s Product information sheet
- Responsible for brochure and other designing related work
- Responsible for website coordination and redevelopment with vendor
- Good MIS knowledge and should know how to work with data on excel
- Responsible for marketing material
- Excel formulas should be known
- Collecting, documenting, and analysing competitor information from websites and other portals
- Organise dealer meet
- Competitor mapping and performance charts
- Give presentations to the Sales and Marketing GM regarding data analysed of our and competitors’ products and performances
- Sending Director and Sales Managers their monthly sales performance reports
