**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Maintain industry knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring landscape and tools.
- Provide technical leadership for Enterprise Monitoring tools.
- Attend product calls with vendors and review tool performance. Resolve any platform issues.
- Engineer solutions on-premises and in Microsoft Azure & potentially other cloud platforms.
- Identify any overlap in tools and make suggestions for consolidation to leadership.
- Be a single point of contact for several Enterprise tools. Manage roadmaps with vendors, perform upgrades and ensure tools are widely adopted across EY.
- Work closely with respective product owners and develop joint action plans to improve quality, productivity and efficiency and drive implementation. Skills and attributes for success.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience leading engineering and operational activities for Enterprise Tools such as BMC Control-M, Xmatters, Ever Bridge, Martello VantageDX.
- Coordinate build for physical and virtual servers on-premises, in the DMZ and in Azure.
- Experience with Windows and Linux OS.
- VB Scripting, WMI Query, PowerShell scripting.
- Oracle and Postgres scripting.
- Disaster recovery.
- Experience running SaaS solutions.
- Experience with SAML & SSO.
- Understanding of how to integrate monitoring platforms and tools with ServiceNow and/or Moog soft.
- Experience working with Microsoft Graph API.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure support, process, and technologies.
- Experience in automation, auto-remediation, self-healing technologies, process automation.
- Knowledge in AIOPS, Machine learning and RPA.
- SSL Certificate management to qualify for this role, you must have education.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
