**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Company and its products
- Coming up with Design ideas, Images and Graphics and incorporating the same with an attractive colour scheme and branding
- Ideate and execute in-store layout that aligns with the season vibe
- Managing Social Media Portals w.r.t. Designing, Photo Editing, etc.
- Build a unique value proposition for the company
- Product development with Knowledge of Tooling and Extrusion
- Researching costs and working within the budget
- Considering factors such as the space available for the display, any special features it should incorporate
- Revising designs according to feedback from the Managing Director and other members of the design team
- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality expectations

**Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- University pursuing degree/Diploma Degree
- Well versed with Adobe Suite and required tools
- Understands luxury branding and designing
- Must be Creative, Innovative and Energetic
- Any specialized certificates will be appreciated
