**Educational Qualification**
- A **Ph.D. degree** in any discipline from a recognized university (preferably in Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Management, depending on the institution’s academic profile).

**Experience**
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in IT/Training sector.

- ** Curriculum Design & Pedagogy**: Proven experience in developing industry-relevant, outcome-oriented curricula for diverse learner groups. Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods like blended learning, experiential learning, and simulation-based training.
- ** Industry-Academia Linkage**: A strong track record of building and sustaining groups with training skills.
- ** Technology Integration**: Knowledge of EdTech tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms for skilling and implementation tracking.
