Who we are looking for
The Asset Stewardship team at State Street Global Advisors is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's proxy voting and engagement guidelines, managing issuer engagement, and undertaking research and analysis of governance and sustainability related issues. We are looking for a team member with an interest in sustainability and some experience in data analysis, interpretation and reporting.

What you will be responsible for- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to present insights and research results- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present information in an organized, clear and engaging way.- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and the ability to prioritize workloads.- Interest in sustainability related topics such as climate change, human capital management and corporate governance.
What we value- A degree in Finance/Economics, Sustainability or related field or MBA- Proficient in Excel, knowledge of tableau, SQL.- Strong communication and writing skills- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
