Responsibilities:

- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Lead and facilitate negotiations with external parties, including clients, vendors, suppliers, and partners, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on negotiation topics, including market trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies, to develop effective negotiation strategies.
- Prepare and present persuasive arguments, proposals, and counteroffers during negotiations, utilising data, facts, and compelling rationale to support our position.
- Identify potential risks, concessions, and trade-offs during negotiations and develop creative solutions to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align negotiation strategies with organisational objectives and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of negotiation best practices, methodologies, and industry trends, and share insights with the team to continuously improve negotiation processes.

Working Days : 5.5 Days ( 1st and 3rd Saturday off)

Working Style : Hybrid Module ( 2 Days Office rest Work From Home)
