We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee program in the Marketing and Sales department. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in marketing and sales management. This program is designed to provide a dynamic learning experience and prepare you for leadership roles within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify market trends and competitive analysis to provide insights for effective marketing plans.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the sales team, providing coaching and support.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with other departments to align marketing and sales initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and sales management tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and sales.
**Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
