Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing inventory, and material usage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, tools, and finished goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical inventory checks to reconcile records.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels, and raise purchase requisitions as needed.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and label inventory systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Generate and maintain reports on stock movement, inventory turnover, and discrepancies.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to stock shortages or overages.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet production schedules and goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in [insert software/tools, e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite].
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
