The duties includes designing and developing computer systems on time and to specifications, developing strategies, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems, analyzing operations and making suggestions for improvement
- Taking Regular feedbacks from the sales person.
- Making reports of their sales on regular basis
- Assisting with training and onboarding processes.
- Assisting in Hr activities in maintaining the document files and assisting them for interviews.
- Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining, managing, and updating software.
- Tracking the Sales employees on the field through our online app.
- Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
- Maintain attendance and records and of employees
- Ensure they fulfil their targets on given time period
