**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bill Verification and Processing**:

- Thoroughly review and verify bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely processing of bills in accordance with established procedures.

**Expense Audit**:

- Conduct detailed expense audits to identify discrepancies and potential areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to rectify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

**Account Entries**:

- Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

**GST Return Reconciliation**:

- Perform regular reconciliation of GST returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any discrepancies and work closely with the tax department to address issues promptly.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports on a regular basis.
- Provide necessary financial information to support decision-making processes.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant financial laws.
- Work closely with the finance team to implement necessary updates and changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of GST regulations and reconciliation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
