**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define the structure and functionality of digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain UI design systems and component libraries.
- Optimize UI designs for responsiveness and performance across different devices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles** and **interaction design**.
- Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing**.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with **design systems** and **style guides**.
- Knowledge of **accessibility standards** and **UX research methodologies**.
- Understanding of **motion design** and **micro-interactions**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
