**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and enhance the UI/UX of dashboards, admin panels, and other backend interfaces.
- Conduct user research to understand requirements and improve usability.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize user experiences for efficiency and accessibility.
- Maintain consistency in design by following UI/UX best practices and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in dashboard and admin panel design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and UI design patterns.
- Knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working with developers and understanding backend functionalities.
- Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visualizations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar for design handoff.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
