**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Location**: Alwar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assist in business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor expenditure against budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage any audit queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and project costing.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role within the construction and/or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,210.57 - ₹20,000.34 per month
