**Profile - Accounts Executive**

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

**Experience - Min 4+ yrs of accounting experience in manufacturing industry (Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Tally/SAP/Oracle etc.).**

Salary - Upto 4.2 LPA

Location - Alwar (raj)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and trial balance preparation.
- Prepare and verify financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and perform regular reconciliations.
- Manage inventory accounting, raw material costing, and finished goods valuation.
- Coordinate with the production department for cost analysis and budgeting.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in audits (internal, statutory, tax) and provide required documentation and explanations.
- Process payroll and maintain employee-related financial records (if applicable).
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Use ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) for day-to-day entries and reporting.
