We are looking for a well-rounded Civil Site Supervisor to independently manage interior/exterior construction works in residential/commercial buildings.

Experience: 2 to 7 years.

**Hiring Timeline: Immediate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Read architecture drawings to execute works from dismantling/demolition to final handover to client.
- Prepare requirements for material as per the construction program.
- Monitor the creative process from concept to project administration to ensure the coherence of design concepts.
- Ability to maintain an overview of the entire project by means of Daily Progress Reports, Project Status Report, Schedule Compliance Reports, and Material Tracking Reports etc.
- Act as the main technical advisor on site for contractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
- Read technical architectural drawings to aptly supervise execution on site.
- Ensure that all materials used and work-performed are in accordance with the specifications and to oversee QC, health, and safety issues on the site.
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, contractors, office staff to keep them up to date on issues and progress on a timely basis.
- Ensure that the company's quality standards are being maintained in all works on site.
- Must be comfortable commuting between 2-3 sites on a daily basis.
- Drive to work sites, suggested locations, and client meetings regularly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.

Must possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

A keen eye for details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
