Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:

- Supervise and monitor all activities across different departments, including production, quality control, inventory, and logistics.
- Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and provide timely solutions.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all footwear products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- Work closely with the quality control team to address defects or inconsistencies.

3. Team Management:

- Lead, guide, and train the production team to ensure optimal performance.
- Assign tasks and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Monitor employee performance and address any behavioral or performance issues.

4. Coordination and Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the production floor and management.
- Provide daily reports on production, workforce, and inventory levels.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments for seamless operations.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures when needed.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in footwear production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the footwear or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring hands-on involvement.
- May require standing or moving for extended periods.

Maximum Salary - 60k

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
