Supervising the overall operations involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to Facilities, Purchases, and stores.
- Responsible for finding quality vendors and vendor management
- Scrutinizing the material for better quality at a competitive cost and suitable delivery terms.
- Monitoring all the work and Daily campus/facility tour Daily campus/facility tour to ensure the work is done.
- Supervise the periodical inspection of electrical installations, water supply, and sewage lines for their trouble-free functioning.\
- Overseeing the issue of materials to various departments as per their requirement and usage.
- Ensuring that unexpected damages, repairs, or replacement of equipment is attended to on priority.
- Ensure that all major and time-consuming repairs are scheduled and undertaken during the long school vacations in order to avoid any disruptions in the smooth functioning of the school.
- Maintaining the proper procedure for all the major purchasing above one lakh rupees as follows:
a) Providing quotations for the material to be purchased

b) Negotiating before finalizing the material

c) Analysing well before finalizing the vendo

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
