Qualification: min. graduation / 10+2
Work Profile: Coordination and Communication: The primary function of a process coordinator is to facilitate communication and collaboration among different doers involved in various processes. This includes coordinating tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all relevant doers are informed about process updates, changes, and requirements. Effective communication is essential for ensuring that processes run smoothly and that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Process coordinators often act as bridges between different teams, departments, and management levels to foster cooperation and alignment toward common goals.
Fresher or experienced both are welcome
Should have Basic Computer - Using Gmail, Google Sheets or Excel, Drive
Having experience in Complaint Handling /Customer Service for 6 months is an advantage
Age 20- 35
**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
