Responsibilities: -Business Development: o Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Access Control industry. o Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. o Foster relationships with System Integrators (SIs), Architects, Builders, and Consultants to promote Spintly's solutions. -Project Management: o Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and meet client requirements. -Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. o Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Spintly's products and services. -Market Research: o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. o Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance Spintly's market position. -Travel: o Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region and occasionally beyond to meet with potential clients. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. -Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Access Control industry. -Proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects. -Strong network with System Integrators (SIs), Architects, Builders, and Consultants. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. -Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-related activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
