The **Solar Helper** will assist in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems by supporting technicians in handling equipment, tools, and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist technicians in lifting and mounting solar panels.
- Handle tools and electrical components on-site.
- Support wiring and fabrication work.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the worksite.
- Learn and develop basic technical skills in solar installation.

**Requirements**:
No formal education required; previous experience is a plus.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
