Job Title: Solar Electrician

Location: Edapally, Kochi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 2 years as a Solar Electrician

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Electrician to join our solar installation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, wiring, and maintaining residential or commercial solar PV systems. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (rooftop and/or ground-mounted).
  • Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel connections as per system design.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in solar installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all installations.
  • Assist in site surveys and pre-installation assessments when required.
  • Work with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and installation records.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Solar Electrician.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of solar electrical components, wiring, and installation standards.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and local electrical regulations.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or on rooftops.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
