**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential institutional clients (e.g., builders, contractors, architects, fabricators) and retail clients to increase the company’s market share.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for both institutional and retail segments.
- Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both institutional and retail clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, managing expectations, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions to meet client requirements and budgets.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of agreement.
- Close deals successfully while maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
- **Market & Industry Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
