**Role**: Product Operations Executive

**Experience**:6 months to 1 year

**Location**:Bangalore (In Office)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Operations Executive to join our newly launched upskilling division, SkillVertex. As a Product Operations Executive, you will be responsible for LMS schedule management, project management, mentor coordination, handling students journey and so on.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit videos daily for uploading onto the LMS platform, ensuring high quality and adherence to content guidelines.
- **LMS Schedule Management**: Manage the schedule of courses, webinars, and other learning events on the LMS portal, ensuring accurate timing and availability for learners.
- **Class, Assignment & Project Management**: Oversee the organization of classes, assignments, and projects on the LMS portal, ensuring seamless delivery and timely submission.
- **Mentor Coordination**: Handle communication and coordination with mentors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively guide learners.
- **New Product Development Assistance**: Assist in various stages of new product development processes, including research, content creation, and implementation on the LMS platform.
- **Placement Assistance Support**: Provide assistance in the placement assistance process by coordinating with employers, preparing materials, and facilitating communication between students and potential employers.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Customer Query Handling**: Handle customer queries and concerns related to the LMS platform, courses, and other services, providing timely and helpful responses to ensure a positive user experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
