- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers regarding services, queries, or issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Vindus Environment Private Limited.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and issues resolved.
- **Process Adherence**:

- Follow the company’s standard operating procedures and guidelines for voice processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, using clear and concise language.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer service process.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and other regional languages if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
