**Job Title**:UI/UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand the user requirements and design interfaces that meet their needs.
- Create UI/UX design templates and guidelines for web developers to build off of, ensuring that designs are device-responsive and aligned with the latest UI/UX principles.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate on feedback to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and consistently across all devices and platforms.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design principles, design thinking, and device responsiveness.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe

Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience creating user dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
