**Position**: UI/UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs based on user insights.
- Develop visual designs and mockups using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across different devices and platforms, considering responsive design principles.
- Collaborate with developers and HTML designers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and contribute to design thinking workshops and ideation sessions.
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with 2-4 years of experience in designing digital interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping tools.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and engaging visual designs with a focus on brand consistency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
