**Job Summary**: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures, have to manage security guards & housekeeping. This role involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patrol Premises**: Regularly patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion, ensure security of doors, windows, and gates, and maintain visibility to discourage unlawful activities.
- **Monitor Surveillance Systems**: Operate and monitor security cameras and alarms. Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
- **Respond to Incidents**: Act promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies. Provide first response to incidents and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- **Access Control**: Manage access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
- **Report Writing**: Document incidents, observations, and irregularities in detailed reports. Prepare and submit reports as required by the Security Manager.
- **Customer Service**: Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct.
- **Enforcement of Policies**: Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Participate in emergency drills and training sessions. Maintain readiness to handle emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and evacuations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or 12th
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security equipment.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry equipment or perform other physical tasks as required.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require working nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Potential exposure to hazardous situations or environments.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different working environments.

**Compensation**: [20-25K]
