**JOB DESCRIPTION (HOW TO PERFORM THE SPECIFIC WORK)**:

- Greet customers warmly upon entry into the showroom.
- Use open-ended questions to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about tile options, bathroom fittings, paints, and kitchen products.
- Offer assistance and guidance throughout the showroom visit.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create customized product solutions and proposals.
- Address customer objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide customers through the purchase process.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication to encourage repeat business.

**EDUCATION BACKGROUND**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK**:

- Perform daily showroom sales activities such as greeting customers, providing product information, and assisting with purchases.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
