Job Title: Field Sales

Reports to: Asst Manager, Business development

**Job Summary & Overview**

We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the field of sales and marketing, catering to a wide range of clients across Hospitality Services. As a Field Executive, you will play a key role in helping our company expand our reach and grow our business. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for traveling to different locations and promoting our company's products and services. You will be the face of our company, representing us to potential customers, and building relationships with them. You will be expected to meet sales targets and generate leads to help our company grow.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- On ground interaction with potential customers at Apartments, malls, clubs, events & exhibitions etc.
- Promoting to potential customers and explaining them about our brand and offers.
- Collecting data surveys of potential customers.
- Generate business leads for the company and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.

(Related to generating leads/ booking which will lead to deals).
- Should focus on increasing the sales of the company OR close new deals at a high rate.
- Managing collateral's if any kiosks, standees etc.

**Requirements**:

- Education Qualification: 12thClass and above
- Should be flexible to work on weekends and work timings.
- Excellent communication skills and should be well versed with English & Kannada
- Presentable and well groomed, Motivated and Confident

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
