Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive (Calling)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our real estate team as a Sales Executive (Calling). The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone, assisting them with their queries related to EMI and property registry, as well as promoting our new layout projects. Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is required for effective communication with customers based in the local region.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Contacting potential customers through outbound calls and discussing the benefits of our real estate projects, focusing on EMI and registry procedures.
2. Providing accurate information about our projects, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
3. Actively following up with customers who have shown interest in our offerings, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales by organizing site visits.
4. Maintaining a database of customer interactions, updating details, and tracking progress at each stage of the sales process.
5. Staying updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed recommendations to customers.
6. Collaborating with the sales team and reporting any feedback or suggestions received from customers to improve overall sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English, with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to achieve targets.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
6. Knowledge of real estate industry terminology, EMI calculations, and registry procedures is preferred.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
