**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Valid teaching certification (if applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
