**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Hindi lessons in alignment with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum (or relevant board).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and poetry recitation in Hindi.
- Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (Honours/Pass) from a recognized university.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools, digital classrooms, and blended learning approaches.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
