Job Title: Freelance Trainer

Location: Coimbatore

Cispro training institute is a leading provider of both IT and other courses. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Trainer to join our team. As a Freelance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop training programs and materials based on client needs and objectives.

2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions either in-person or virtually.

3. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.

4. Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to facilitate their learning and development.

5. Adapt training delivery methods and techniques to suit various learning styles and audience needs.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.

7. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.

8. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.

9. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant assessments and feedback surveys.

10. Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence in training delivery.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a freelance trainer.

2. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of participants.

4. Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

5. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as presentation software and virtual learning platforms.

6. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
